I am in love with this bride’s day makeup look. This one’s always tricky, as it’s important to not look too overdone but also look like you are the bride and Tripti has done a great job at it. Although, the best part of this look lies in the details. If you look closely, Tripti has given this bride a soft-smokey eye look with a dash of pink on her waterline, which makes all the difference.

Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh’s wedding dates are out, and I literally can’t keep calm!

After Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja’s big fat Punjabi wedding, looks like Bollywood’s another #PowerCouple is all geared to say their ‘I Do’s’, and that too quite soon!

Ever since the beginning of 2018, rumours of Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone have hit the newspapers making the fans go mad with happiness! If ‘sources’ are to believed, Ranveer and Deepika have zeroed in on November 19, for their big fat Indian wedding.

It seems that, the Bajirao and Ramleela couple decided to seal the deal somewhere in July, but because of their work commitments, the Bhavanis and Padukones had to push it to November.

According to whispers, Deepika is using all her free time for wedding shopping. Her parents were also photographed to have flown down from Mumbai to Bangalore to zero in on the wedding date for their daughter.

Although, there has been no official confirmation from Ranveer and Deepika yet. In a recent interview Ranveer admitted that “marriage is on his mind”. However, he later said that, “the wedding rumours were all speculations, and that he will ‘shout from the rooftops’ if he does plan to marry this year.”

Talking about her equation with Ranveer, Deepika had once told Filmfare, “When we’re with each other, we don’t need anything or anyone else. We’re comfortable in each other’s presence. Sometimes it’s intelligent conversation, sometimes just silence, sometimes there’s a childlike innocence. We keep each other grounded. We are good in that sense.”

I dunno about Ranveer, but if they are really getting married, I would definitely shout it from the rooftops! 😛

Paresh & Karisha Goa : Paresh and Karisha just got hitched in a beautiful Park Hyatt, Goa wedding with a Sabyasachi bride

Paresh and Karisha, just got hitched in the most serene and beautiful wedding at Park Hyatt, Goa! From a Holi themed welcome party on the beach, to gorgeous bandhani lehengas, this wedding has probably been the most beautiful and no-nonsense wedding! Choosing the international favorite destination of Goa, the couple picked Park Hyatt for it's perfect blend of classic nostalgia and outdoor luxury. From a heavenly sangeet and engagement night to outdoor haldi and mehndi functions at Park Hyatt, the venue provided them with the atmosphere and look that suited the couple.

The Engagement

Karisha wore the first bandhani Sabyasachi lehenga we've seen this season, going with the beautiful colors of green and red to contrast against beautiful beach. However, what really caught our attention was the groom who pulled off a white kurta with bold floral prints and a purple jacket!

From the canopy style entrance to the venue on the beachside, to the absolutely adorable way that the groom proposed again, we are completely in love with the way that this function was held!

The Wedding

The wedding function held at Park Hyatt, Goa was as dreamy as can be. We, personally, are absolutely in love with the gorgeous outfits that both the bride and groom wore, twinning with each other in small ways. Romesh Dhamija Production's attention to detail and timing of candid moments is impeccable, creating memories the family will share. From making traditional decor stylish, to what was obviously a fun weddingi function at Park Hyatt, Goa everything about this event seems like the go to trend for summer weddings this year. Brides, are you listening?

Aashish & Parisa Delhi : Aashish and Parisa just got hitched in a beautiful The Imperial Hotel, Delhi wedding

Parisa and Aashish just got hitched in a beautiful GK1 Gurudwara, Delhi wedding with the most quirky and happy mehndi we've seen at The Imperial Hotel, Delhi! With the beauty of the gurudwara lending an open air feel, The Imperial Hotel, New Delhi provided the couple with the perfect venue for their mehndi functions!

Proposal

"We know each other since 11 years. Childhood love. It took us 5 long years to convince my parents for the marriage" gushes Parisa, the bride.

Childhood love is almost always believed to be futile, puppy love, not really converting into anything. "It wasn't like that with Aashish and I. I think for us, it was a case of just simply having found the right person. We saw each grow through all the phases of our lives. 11 years is a long time to really understand someone. So it didn't matter if we were from two different religions"

How did the wedding planning go?

Being from two different religions obviously mattered. However, Parisa and Aashish's family pulled it off like a pro. Parisa says,

"being a Hindu muslim marriage there were a lot of differences hence we decided to first do a court marriage and then do a gurdwara wedding Even though aashish is not Sikh. He’s punjabi. My mother played a really big and important role in our marriage. She was one person who did everything possible to keep the two sides happy and satisfied. On the other hand aashish has two sisters who were my friends even before i met aashish so that was a strong point for both of us and I’ve two brothers who have an amazing bond of friendship with aashish.

Our wedding was a roller coaster ride. From engagement to mehendi to gurdwara wedding to reception, all our functions were full of fun and craziness. Though we are from completely different cultures. We tried to adapt each other’s culture and give our best. Also by gods grace we both have such good friends who have been there to support us throughout. Also me n Aashish had done all our functions ourselves.

There was no involvement of any other family member in our wedding planning. From roaming around for venues to finalising the decor, menus, dj everything was just mine n aashishs decision and this was something which made our journey quite easy and smooth. Our roka happened in January and we had just 2 months to finalise everything"

Mehndi function

From bright colors to intricate mehndi designs, the mehndi function at The Imperial Hotel, Delhi was a fun affair. We love the bright teal blue lehenga with a golden embroidery overlay, paired perfectly with a golden peplum top. We also love how clean and intricate the mehndi designs for Parisa were, creating the perfect composition and their portraits! Check out all the pictures of the mehndi function at The Imperial Hotel in Delhi!
